Frequently asked questions
Do office staff need paid seats?
No. Office seats are free; you pay per technician seat only, and deactivated technicians don't count.
Can I turn modules on and off?
Yes, instantly and per module. Flipping a module updates your plan immediately with prorated billing, and screens for a module you've turned off simply disappear with no locked buttons.
What does payment processing cost?
Online card payments through the Billing module cost 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
Are features inside a module extra?
No. Everything inside a module (autopay, QuickBooks export, sales tax inside Billing, for example) is included in that module's flat price, and each feature has its own on/off switch.
