Invoicing that follows the work, not the other way around
Completed visits become invoice lines by themselves, flat monthly or per visit, with chemical billing if you want it. Customers pay online or enroll in autopay, sales tax is computed at send, and a QuickBooks-shaped export keeps your bookkeeper happy.
From completed visit to collected payment
Rate plans per property
Flat monthly or per-visit, set once per property. Chemical billing in three modes: included, pass-through with markup, or capped, where only overage above a monthly cap bills.
No surprise line items
Extra charges land as pending lines you approve before an invoice can send. Late-arriving visits carry forward onto the next month's invoice, marked "(late)" instead of silently dropped.
Pay online & autopay
Customers pay any open balance from the portal via Stripe, or save a card once and let autopay charge when the invoice sends. A declined card raises one clear alert; the send itself never fails.
Sales tax at send
Tax is calculated per invoice against the property's address and locked in when the invoice sends. It's also a per-company toggle, because not every company is tax-registered everywhere.
Partials, refunds, credit
Record partial payments in any method; refund from the app (full or partial); overpayments become account credit that auto-applies to the customer's next invoice instead of vanishing.
Books that reconcile
A month's sent and paid invoices export as a QuickBooks-shaped CSV. A billing summary shows billed, collected, and overdue at a glance, with a throttled, manual nudge for overdue invoices.
Honest by design
- Sent invoices are immutable: corrections happen as refunds or credits, never silent edits.
- Every online payment is idempotent: double-clicks, webhook retries, and races collapse to one payment.
- Overdue reminders are manual and throttled, so your customers are never carpet-bombed by a robot.
- Card processing at 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction through the Billing module.
