Scheduling & routes

Scheduling that builds the routes, so you just steer

Set each customer's cadence once, weekly or biweekly on a tech's day, and every route materializes itself from there. Your job becomes the exceptions: the skip, the overload, the one-off job. The software makes those loud and easy.

The week at a glance

Capacity you can trust

Every tech-day shows stops, estimated hours, and drive time against your configurable day capacity (6, 8, or 10 hours). Overloaded days turn amber and name the problem: "Mike runs 1.2h over."

One-tap rebalance

An over-capacity day offers a concrete fix ("Move 2 stops to Thursday?") computed from what's actually movable and where it actually fits. Nothing happens without your confirm.

A route editor, not a puzzle

Reorder a day, move a stop to another tech or date, or add a one-off job with a property, duration, and note, all from one screen. Edit this week's route, or the recurring schedule itself.

Recurring edits done right

Move a recurring schedule to a new weekday or tech from an effective date you pick. Future visits re-materialize under the new plan; completed and skipped work stays exactly where it happened.

No stop left behind

Every skipped stop raises an alert and sits on the needs-scheduling board, next to approved quotes waiting to become jobs, until you move it. Two taps reassign it: pick a tech, pick a day.

Techs help from the field

Techs can reorder their own day, take an optimize suggestion, and add an ad-hoc stop, even offline. A route map with numbered, status-colored pins shows the day spatially.

How the day flows

  • Recurring schedules materialize stops automatically, with no Sunday-night route building.
  • Drive time is estimated across the day's stops so "8 hours of work" includes the windshield time.
  • Reassignments respect reality: a stop a tech already completed can't be moved out from under them.
  • Owner screens read live data: today's actual progress and alerts, not a stale cache.
